By accessing or using AskMeTo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

AskMeTo is a platform that allows users to create personal pages where others can submit task requests. The Service facilitates communication between task requesters and task receivers but does not guarantee completion of any tasks.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent requests
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ASKMETO, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Any content submitted by users of the Service
• Any tasks requested, accepted, or performed through the Service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AskMeTo and its owners, operators, affiliates, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
